I’m a skilled and experienced volunteer manager, facilitator and trainer. I love helping organisations create the right conditions for volunteering to grow and flourish. I bring an understanding of systemic/relational approaches and insight into the latest trends in volunteering and participation. I'm based in the UK.

-develop your approach to involving volunteers
-train your people in managing and supporting volunteers
-develop inclusive practice in volunteering
-improve the volunteer journey and experience
-build your team’s confidence in having difficult conversations and resolving conflict in volunteering
-support the set-up of new projects or programmes

I design and deliver a range of training and workshops in managing and supporting volunteers and am an associate trainer with NCVO.  I work with organisations and groups of all sizes, including volunteer-led groups.
